Internship Description
The Talent Acquisition intern, sits and supports the Talent Acquisition team for EMEA. During your internship you will be key player in coordinating with different stakeholders to coordinate screening, assessments & interview process in alignment with Kantar policy & process.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct initial screening interviews
- Conduct traditional and non-traditional sourcing through job boards, internal databases, and open web search
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and technical assessments
- Support in filtering candidate's resumes
- Search resume databases for the most fit candidates
- Communicate with Hiring Managers
- Adhere to laws, rules and regulations
- Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
Internship Requirements
- Passionate about talent acquisition, recruitment and dynamic work environments
- Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements
- Passion about HR methods
- Ability to scan large volumes of resumes.
- Experience in Employer Branding methods
- Understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing
- Some understanding of basic marketing strategies
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
