The role of the HR Trainee is to support the Human Resources Management and HR Services team to ensure the effective implementation of the company's HR strategy, policies and procedures on site.
Duties and Responsibilities
Employee relations activities: Proper collection, validation and archiving of new employee documents.
Learning and Development Management: L&D Sourcing: Identifying and evaluating local L&D service providers and trainers, ensuring delivery of high quality programs and managing related activities from quotations, negotiations, purchase order creation, approvals and certifications.
Talent Acquisition Management: Coordinates interviews between candidates, the hiring manager, the Human Resources Department, and other interviewing managers panel, if any.
Onboard: Onboard: Manage the onboarding training program for new employees.
Metrics, Measurement and Reporting: Monitoring, evaluating and analyzing HR related metrics.
Participate in HR related projects as required in conjunction with HRBP teams or on-site HR Services to drive process improvements and implement best practices across the network.
Internship Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration.
Fluent written and spoken English and strong communication skills required.
Customer focus and communication: Provide a high quality, timely service to managers and associates while acting as a brand ambassador for both internal and external candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
